Headache, Symptoms And Treatment

There is hardly a person who has never had a headache. Most headaches are only superficial and temporary, producing a temporary cause. They are not related to any organic change in the brain. Headaches are often a warning to a man from nature, which draws him to a defect or a disorder in any part of the body.

Headaches are caused by nerve endings in the muscles of the shoulders, neck, and scalp and inflammation of the soft muscles of the blood vessels at these locations. Common causes of headaches include allergies, emotions, excitement, eye strain, hypertension, low blood pressure, infections, dementia, malnutrition, tension, toxins, and migraines.

Causes of Headache

Allergies that cause headaches can have many causes, which cannot be easily determined. Some people are allergic to milk and its products. Some people get it by eating chocolate, chicken liver, or cheese. Sneezing and diarrhea are also symptoms of allergies.

Emotional excitement also causes headaches. Many people who seem to have a happy disposition get headaches due to anxiety about their job or profession or sudden resentment towards a person or thing.
